Angela or David? David or Angela?

Okay so forget Nick. I texted him and he texted back and we had a short, pointless conversation and that was it. Um...seriously? Why are you going to ask a girl for her number and then not do anything with it? Wimp. Anyway it doesn't matter because I have moved on:) There's this guy David who I work with. I have been crushing on him FOREVER and I told him that a while ago but he was already in a relationship. So he just recently broke up with that other girl and then I got all excited. Things were going well between us and we were hanging out more. Then one night we got in a fight because I told him I didn't want to be his back up girl. You know? I didn't want to be the next girl in line just because he broke up with Katie. He was completely shocked that I would say that and he said he thought I knew him better and he couldn't believe I would think he is that kind of guy. So we decided to just be friends and get to know each other better before trying anything again. It's been about two weeks since that happened and I'm getting bummed and trying dating other people. Which is alright but I just don't click with any of them. Then one day my friend Angela told me that she had a huge crush on David and I was so surprised because she just broke up with her boyfriend of four years... the day before. And seeing as David and my situation kind of died out, I decided not to tell her that I liked him too. Big mistake. So Angela and David start hanging out and I'm getting all jealous. Then one night Angela calls me and is like, "Oh my gosh! Natalie! David and I kinda made out tonight!" And that sucked major. Especially because I had to play it off all cool like I was excited for her when I was really on the verge of tears. I ended up telling Angela everything and she felt so bad. However it felt so good to finally have gotten it off my chest. But then we were stuck in a new, even complicated situation. She liked him, I liked him, but we both couldn't have him. And we definitely didn't want this boy to get in the way of our friendship. But we both couldn't just give him up. We decided that we'd just go on as normal and wait to see who he chooses. That was all kinds of drama. But good news: he chose me! I went to his house one night and we talked all about Angela, and it turns out she kissed him but he stopped her because it felt wrong. And then I just told him that I still really liked him. And ever since then it's been going really great between us. And I talked to Angela about everything, and she's actually really cool with it and we are closer than ever!

So I am SO happy with the way things worked out and I am really in like with David :) :)
And Angela and I decided to move in together if I stay in Utah over the summer so we're going ot look at apartments on Saturday. I'm SO excited!

Cloud Nine...

Ok to begin with, I did run into Andrew. Oh geez the whole time we were talking I saw it coming so I tried to leave before he could get it out. But while I was walking away, he told me to come back because he forgot to ask me something. He wants to go on a date with me... and me being someone who is waaay too nice against her own will could not say no. However, despite his constant text messages I am managing to avoid him... hopefully until he forgets about our date... or some other miracle happens.
Anyway so the guy in the cafeteria is engaged. Embarassing huh. The stupid thing is when a girl is engaged she wears the ring so guys know she is off limits. But the guys don't have anything, so you can go and try to flirt with him and have no idea whatsoever that he is actually engaged to be married to some other woman! That can be awkward. But it's cool, I've moved on...

THE BIG STORY OF TODAY: THERE IS A GOD AND HE DOES NOT HATE ME!
So today at work it was SO slow so I was just sitting at the bar with a drink, and thats when it happened: Heath Ledger's TWIN walked in! I couldnt help but stare at him. He sat at the other side of the bar and kept looking up at me and smiling at me... gorgeous smile by the way- exact replica of Heath's. Then i started to get all excited and flirty and I smiled back at him. But, just my luck, this little blonde girl walks in and he gets up and gives her the longest, cutest hug. And then I got all mad because he was silently flirting with me when he had a girlfriend. So I tried to ignore him but I couldnt help but notice that he still kept looking up at me... so I decided to distract myself by actually working and I started to put all the chairs up. Out of no where I look up and he's walking toward me! I tried not to freak out because the bathrooms were right behind me and I was pretty completely sure thats where he was really headed. So I put my head down and got back to stacking chairs. And out of the corner of my eye I see someone start to help me stack the chairs and it was HIM! Ooh I could have just died! And he was like... I couldnt help but notice you at the bar, and he asked me if I had a boyfriend and if I lived in town and I said no to the first and yes to the second. Then he gave me his CARD and told me to give him a call!
a card... thats pretty sophisticated right!
haha....
Anyway so I'm on cloud nine right now with Heath's... I mean Nick's (thats his real name) number in my pocket! :D :D :D :D :D
